GENERAL PLANT HSE RULES – VEHICLES/DRIVERS

 

• Only vehicles that have vehicle pass issued by Security are allowed to enter the complex.

• Drivers of company owned vehicles or any vehicle in complex must have a valid driving license for the class of vehicle being driven.

• All vehicles in complex must conform to the road traffic law regarding roadworthiness, licensing, insurance, and spares.

• Drivers must comply with all posted traffic signs, signals, and direction.

GENERAL PLANT HSE RULES FOR VISITORS

 

• Entry of visitors and vehicles to be restricted and controlled

• All visitors must register with Security

• They will be issued with Visitor ID Badge

• They are not permitted access unless accompanied by employee

• All visitors must inform the Shift Supervisor in the control Room before entering the operating plant

• To comply with proper dress code and PPE requirements

Office Safety Rules 2

·         All office machines and equipment to be de-energized before any repairs are            carried out as per manufacturer instruction

·         Unauthorized personnel shall not do repairs to office machines

·         When not in used, drawers of filing cabinets and desks shall be closed

·         Only one drawer in a file cabinet to be open at any one time to prevent tipping

·         Adjustable or swivel chairs are to be tested before applying full force

Office Safety Rules 1

• Office equipment and furniture in office area buildings must be inspected quarterly.
• All defective equipment or furniture must be tagged with “Danger - Do not use” tag to prevent usage until it is sent for repair or replacement.
• A checklist is used to conduct the audit which will be led by offce admin and Safety Officer.
• offce admin to raise request to repair or dispose the defective equipment or furniture.
• Users must report to office admin of any defects on their equipment or furniture.
